Deana Marcello specializes in retail investment sales, seller and buyer representation, lender and special servicer representation, along with land acquisition, development, and tenant/landlord representation. She was recognized as a Connect Real Estate’s Next Generation Award Recipient for 2020. Her team has received several notable awards over the years, including CoStar Group’s Power Broker of the Year and NAIOP’s Retail Broker of the Year. Deana has also helped set several local, regional, and national sales and cap rate records.

Deana is a 3rd generation Real Estate professional and a recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry. A Rhode Island native, Deana is a 23-year resident of Las Vegas who brings over 11 years of experience specializing in commercial REO, investment and owner/user sales as well as representation for national retail tenants and institutional landlords. Deana proudly followed her father’s footsteps and developed a passion for commercial real estate through her work. Deana is active in the Las Vegas community and continues to give back by serving on the NAIOP Developing Leaders committee which helps mold and mentor young professionals in the commercial real estate industry. She also contributes and volunteers with organizations such as Three Square, American Cancer Society, and Project Marilyn.
