VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA (January 10, 2020) – Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the company’s strongest month in recent history with 22 transactions totaling $40,324,481 and 403,792 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial properties throughout Virginia; the Carolinas and Washington, DC in December 2019.
Sales Transactions
- Colterra Capital Corporation purchased the 136,082-square-foot Colonnades West on 14.73 acres at West Broad St. and Cox Road in Richmond, from PF Colonnades Corporation for $21,760,000. Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the seller.
- Golden 221, LLC purchased a 138,800-square-foot industrial property on 15 acres at 221 Progress Parkway in Franklin, Va from LB-UBS 2007-C6 Progress Parkway, LLC. Jason Oliver represented the seller and David Bickford represented the international buyer, GMAX Industries, Inc.
- Capital Square Development, LLC purchased 21,700 square feet or .5 acres at 3001-3009 West Leigh St. in Richmond, Va, from Cash Properties for $1,800,000. Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the buyer.
- Barter Town, LLC purchased a 4,970-square-foot office building at 12205 Gayton Road in Henrico, Va, from Blair and Blair Properties, LLC for $805,000. Sara Goodall represented the buyer.
