Divaris Real Estate Announces $19.5 Million and 107,897 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for February 2020

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA (March 6, 2020) – Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 29 transactions totaling $19,556,871 and 107,897 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property throughout Central and Southeast Virginia; North Carolina and South Carolina markets in February 2020.

Sales Transactions

  • Stanley Martin Companies, LLC purchased a 1.165-acre parcel of land at 1027 North Lombardy St. in Richmond from Sylvia Place Properties, LLC. for $3.9 million.  Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the buyer.
  • Carvana purchased a 1.79-acre parcel of land at 2201 Westwood Ave. in Richmond from ERNI Realty, Inc.  for $1,750,000.  Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the buyer.
  • Sealtron Holdings, LLC purchased a 40,000-square-foot industrial building on seven acres at 100 Corporate Drive in Elizabeth City, NC from J.O.G. Development, LLC for $1,575,000.  David Bickford represented the seller and the buyer.

  • Utopia Medi Spa leased 4,070 square feet of retail space at 1403 Roseneath Road in Richmond.  Cheryle Toy represented the tenant and Read Goode represented the landlord.
  • Mac & Nelli’s leased 4,000 square feet of retail space in Harper Hill Commons at 5049 Country Club Road in Winston-Salem, NC.   Charles Neil represented the landlord.
